Where do I start?
I find it funny that some people are/were lamenting about how 2013 will be an awful year just because of a number. I mean, the world was supposed to end in 2012, right? In my opinion, since we made it here, 2013 isn't looking too bad. I have my superstitions, but I'm not at all worried about '13! In fact, I have said it before and I will say it again...2013 is MY year!
Some of you may already know this, but I am an Independent Senior Creative Partner with Initials, Inc. - I am determined to promote to Creative Leader by July (really I have March on my radar), and I'm actually thinking that it's likely for me to go beyond that, but I don't want to jinx myself. I have grand dreams, I just have to learn how to be comfortable sharing them. That's where this blog comes in.
As a mom to two young children I'm still trying to figure out how to prioritize, what will work for me and my family, where I'm going from here, what sacrifices should be made (or not)...and where in the world my purse went?!
For far too long I have allowed other people to dictate my path...it's my turn now.
